Поскольку заявка ООО "Южная Софтверная Компания", соответствует требованиям, установленным в документации о закупке, комиссией по осуществлению закупок принято единогласное решение – в соответствии с п. 58.2. Единого стандарта закупок (Положение о закупке) публичного акционерного общества «Новороссийский морской торговый порт», дочерних и зависимых обществ публичного акционерного общества «Новороссийский морской торговый порт», заключить договор с ООО "Южная Софтверная Компания" .
