Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:in accordance with clause 5 of the TOR:
5.1 The cost of the software is determined based on the prices specified in the participant's commercial offer, recognized by the winner on the basis of this procurement procedure and signed the relevant contract with the customer.
5.2 Payment is made annually.
5.3 Payment for the software is made in rubles at the rate of the central bank of RUSSIA on the day of payment within 10 (ten) business days on the basis of the invoice issued by the seller after the seller and the buyer signed the consignment note and/or the act of transfer of rights to the SOFTWARE.
5.4 The buyer's obligation to pay for the software is considered to be executed from the moment of debiting the funds from the buyer's current account.
5.5 Payment is possible only after the conclusion of the contract. Each legal entity of the customer shall have a separate contract for the respective commodity positions.
Delivery terms:EA signing for Adobe licenses for 3 years in volume in accordance with clause 3.1 of the technical specification.
