The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the software is made in rubles at the exchange rate ruling at the date of payment within 10 (ten) working days on the basis of an invoice issued by the Seller after the signing by the Seller and the Customer the consignment note and / or the transfer of rights to act software.
Customer's obligation to pay for the software is considered to be fulfilled at the date of writing off funds from the settlement account of the Customer.
Payment is only possible after the conclusion of the agreement.
Delivery terms:One supplier for the entire amount.
