Advance payment is not provided for. Payment for delivered goods is made within forty five (45) (or thirty (30) SMEs) calendar days by transferring 100% of the funds in the account of the Supplier if there is signed by both parties commodity (consignment) the invoice, the invoice of the Supplier. Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
