| Payment terms: | Payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer to the Supplier upon delivery of all Products stipulated by the Contract on the basis of the invoice received by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signature by the Consignee of the Acceptance and Transfer Certificate and the waybill (TORG-12) after receipt of the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness and receipt by the Buyer (Consignee) of the documents referred to in paragraph 5.2 of the Terms of Reference. |
