Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Delivery terms:The contest is held on the terms of pick-up and delivery to the objects of the Magnet Family. According to the results of the competition, one of the types of delivery (pick-up or delivery) will be selected.
Pick-up is made from the warehouse of the supplier, it is possible to ship multiple to the order of the Buyer (repeatedly packing).
Goods delivered to the point of sale are delivered with delivery when ordering min. batch, when ordering less than min. shipment is made on the terms of self-delivery. Min. party is spelled out in comments to positions. Mandatory service for direct deliveries - return of signed documents from the point of sale. Delivery is carried out by the Supplier's forces and at the expense of the Buyer's facilities within the districts.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
