Payment terms:
the payment for each consignment of goods under this contract shall be made by bank transfer based on pro forma invoice of the seller in the following order:
A) 50% of the Advance amount paid pro forma during the 10 working days after the signing of the Protocol of acceptance of the goods on the territory of the seller.
In) the remaining 50% from proforma invoice amounts are paid by the buyer within 30 working days after receipt of the goods at the customer's warehouse. Payment is made in Russian rubles ACC. to RF CB exchange rate on the payment date.
