Payment terms:Покупатель в течение 5 (Пяти) банковских дней с даты подписания Договора и на основании выставленного счета перечисляет на расчетный счет Поставщика предоплату в размере 50% (Пятьдесят процентов) от цены, указанной в п.3.2. настоящего Договора.
Окончательная оплата Покупателем Товара в размере 50% (Пятьдесят процентов) от цены, указанной в п.3.2. Договора производится в течение 5 (Пяти) банковских дней после передачи (поставки) Товара в соответствии с п.2.4. Договора, подписания Сторонами Акта приема-передачи Товара и предоставления документов в соответствии с п.2.6. Договора.
Датой оплаты считается дата списания денежных средств с расчетного счета Покупателя
