Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Оплата Товара осуществляется безналичным расчетом на основании выставляемых Поставщиком счетов на условиях 100 % цены поставленного Товара и выплачивается в течение 45 (Сорока пяти) рабочих дней после подписания Сторонами товарной накладной по форме ТОРГ-12, предоставления счета – фактуры оформленного в соответствии с требованиями ст. 169 Налогового кодекса РФ (не предоставляются в случае, если Поставщик не является плательщиком НДС, либо является освобожденным от исполнения обязанностей налогоплательщика). В случае использования Поставщиком универсального передаточного документа (далее – УПД), УПД предоставляется в 3 (Трех) экземплярах, один - для Поставщика, два – для Покупателя.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
