Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Full settlement within 45 calendar days after the fulfillment of obligations for the delivery of goods and the receipt by the buyer of primary (shipping) documents.
Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out within 30 calendar days, from 01/01/2020 to 12/31/2020 at the preliminary request of the Buyer, in separate batches. Delivery is carried out by the forces and means of the supplier.
Transportation costs should be included in the cost of production on the basis of the DDP delivery basis - Kogalym (transportation costs are not separately reimbursed).
Comments: Prices are excluding VAT, including transportation costs.
1. The products must be new (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
2. To participate are:
- Manufacturers of requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (it is obligatory to provide confirming certificates, certificates, official letters from the manufacturer on empowerment to sell the requested products);
3. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Fulfillment of all stated requirements;
- Bid price;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Terms of delivery of products;
- Price fixing for the entire delivery period from the moment of participation in the procedure until the goods are transferred to the customer’s warehouse (official confirmation must be uploaded to the electronic trading platform).
4. Supply of products in accordance with the stated requirements.
Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:
1. A scanned copy of the quotation indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery, certified by the signature and seal of the company;
2. List of constituent documents required for concluding a contract (the list is attached in the attached file);
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed with the seal of the enterprise.
The request for prices is carried out in relation to current needs.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
