Comments:
Winners' selection criteria:
1. Compliance with the proposed fuel standards by type of equipment set out in the file "Standards and GTO for Evaluation of Fuels 2 PG 21 g". Required the application of technical documentation to confirm compliance.
2. Price for the offered line of oils;
3. Possibility to supply small volumes weekly (to ensure this condition requires warehouses in close proximity to the enterprise);
4. Oil change interval (specify in the technical and commercial proposal)
5. Ability to conduct laboratory tests of oils in order to study the operational properties between intervals of their replacement (not determining factor for choosing the winner, additional option, describe in TKP)
6. Ability to provide mobile oil distribution systems or other offers for the organization of conditions for storage of oils in the warehouse AK №2 (not the determining factor for choosing the winner, additional option, describe in TKP).
