Payment terms:- Payment for the delivered Goods is made by the Buyer within 45 (forty-five) (upon conclusion of the contract with small and medium-sized businesses within 15 (fifteen)) calendar days from the date of delivery: the Buyer signing the invoices, waybills drawn up in accordance with the requirements Clause 5, Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Advance payment is not provided.
