1) Only manufacturers or official dealers. BE SURE TO ATTACH A DOCUMENT CONFIRMING THE AUTHORIZED DEALER OR MANUFACTURER.
2) MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETED OFFER (excel format) according to the attached Participant Application Form approved by Jurals Capital LLC, otherwise, APPLICATION WILL BE DOWNVOTED!!! ANALOGUES WHERE A SPECIFIC MANUFACTURER IS SPECIFIED ARE NOT CONSIDERED!!!
3) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory charges, the cost of all related services, and all discounts offered by the vendor.
4) This procedure does not constitute a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
5) If the vendor participates in the bidding process, it agrees to enter into a delivery contract within 2 (two) working days according to the standard form of Jurals Capital LLC if declared the winner ; without a record of disagreement and to deliver on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
