| Payment terms: | An advance payment of 30% of the Contract price, including VAT of 20% is transferred to the Purchaser on account of the Supplier based on the Supplier's invoice for the relevant advance payment within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of conclusion of the agreement, provided that the Supplier to the Buyer to ensure return the corresponding advance payment under the terms of the Treaty.
The final settlement is carried out by the Purchaser in respect of each unit of goods accepted by the buyer within a period not more than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of acceptance by the Purchaser of the relevant goods units (from the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note on Form TORG-12). |
