Auto-extension

Payment terms:Авансовый платеж в размере 30% от начальной (максимальной) цены, при условии предоставления безотзывной банковской гарантии обеспечения возврата аванса, Покупатель оплачивает Продавцу в течение 30 календарных дней с момента заключения контракта и получения от Продавца счета на оплату, в соответствии с условиями пункта. Гарантия вступает в силу с даты выдачи и действует по 28.02.2018г. Окончательный платеж в размере 70 % от стоимости контракта Покупатель оплачивает Продавцу по истечении 30 календарных дней после подписания Сторонами Акта ввода в эксплуатацию и обучения персонала Покупателя, подписанного уполномоченными представителями обеих Сторон, а также получения от Продавца счета на оплату и счета-фактуры, оформленной в полном соответствии с требованиями налогового законодательства.
Delivery terms:В течение 4 – 5 месяцев от даты подписания договора. По согласованию сторон возможна досрочная поставка.
