Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for a batch of products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 days and no more than 60 days (if the contract is concluded with SMEs, the payment term is set in accordance with applicable law) from the date of delivery of the products (date of signing by the TORG-12 Parties), provided providing the Buyer with a full set of documents for payment of the Production Lot.
- Original bill of lading (form TORG-12) for Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies .;
- Original invoice - 1 copy;
Settlements under the agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account specified in article 10 of this Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation
