Обоснование: В соответствии с протоколом рассмотрения предложений от 10105.2016 №ПРС 110516/17 предложения всех участников были отклонены. Таким образом, в соответствии с п. 7.5.2. а Единого стандарта закупок ПАО "Россети", утвержденным решением Совета Директоров ПАО «МРСК Северного Кавказа» Протокол №220 от 21.12.2015, открытый запрос цен признается несостоявшимся.
