Preliminary consideration of auction bids
When submitting an auction bid, the bidders need to upload the documents to the System in accordance with the requirements of the auction documentation. On the basis of the received auction bids the Organizer will make decision concerning admission of the bidders to the auction bidding.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:2.5. Оплата по Договору осуществляется Покупателем в следующем порядке:
2.5.1. Покупатель уплачивает Поставщику аванс в размере 30% (тридцати процентов) Цены Договора.
2.5.2. Авансовый платеж, предусмотренный п. 2.5.1. Договора, выплачивается в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты вступления Договора в силу, при условии получения Покупателем счета, выставленного Поставщиком, и с учетом п.п. 2.5.3. и 2.6 Договора.
2.5.3. Поставщик не позднее, чем за 3 (Три) рабочих дня до даты выплаты авансового платежа обязан предоставить Покупателю Банковскую гарантию возврата авансового платежа согласно требованиям, установленным разделом 6 Договора.
2.5.4. Окончательный платеж в размере 70% (семидесяти процентов) от Цены Договора выплачивается в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Сторонами документов, указанных в п. 5.3. Договора, при условии получения Покупателем счета, выставленного Поставщиком.
