Payment by the Customer of the delivered goods is made within 45 (forty-five) calendar days (30 calendar days for SMEs) after the Parties sign a consignment note and provide the Supplier with an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 5 of Art. 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
