Payments for the supplied products are made by the Buyer in the order of 100 (one hundred) percent payment after receipt of the goods to the Buyer, by transferring funds on the invoice to the Supplier's settlement account. The funds are transferred to the Supplier's settlement account within 30 (Thirty) calendar days after acceptance of the Goods by the Buyer.

Delivery at the expense of the supplier, within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request for the supply of the material.
