Payment terms:by agreement of the parties. Priority is given to the supplier who offered payment with deferred payment upon delivery.
Delivery terms:DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), Russia, Arkhangelsk region, Mezen district, (132 km from Arkhangelsk), V. Grib Mining and Processing Plant, warehouses according to the specification.
7. Shipment should be made in batches broken down by warehouses in accordance with the delivery specification. To the processing plant separately, to the Quarry warehouse separately. At the same time, each batch of goods arriving at the warehouse must be accompanied by a unified form of consignment note (in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12, approved by the resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 12/25/98 N 132) and an invoice.
