Payment terms:
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the 45th (forty-fifth) calendar day from the date of transfer of ownership of the Goods.
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the basis of the original invoice, the original of the TORG-12 waybill, copies of shipping documents drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
The delivery of goods is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Supplier from 01.01.2020. September 30, 2020 Transportation (delivery) of the Goods is carried out by road, by mail, in accordance with the shipping details of the Buyer (Consignee) specified in the specification.
The supplier carries out transportation (delivery) of the goods to the destination. By "destination" the Parties mean the warehouse of destination of the Buyer (Consignee).
The goods must be packed in containers that ensure proper safety of the Goods from any kind of damage and total or partial loss during transportation and meet the requirements (technical conditions) for packaging and packaging of this type.
For each container, the Supplier must provide a packing list in Russian. One copy of the packing list should be placed inside each package, and another copy should be attached to its outside. The packing list must be protected from any kind of damage and total or partial loss during transportation.
The product must contain product and special markings affixed in accordance with GOST or TU, with the obligatory indication of information in Russian. All additional costs and losses incurred by the Buyer due to defective or incorrect marking shall be borne by the Supplier.
The following accompanying documents must be attached to the Goods delivered under the Agreement: packing lists, technical passports, quality certificates or other documents confirming the quality of the Goods, warranty obligations of the manufacturer and the warranty period, operating instructions, documents confirming the passage of the customs procedure for the release of the Goods for domestic consumption (for foreign goods), permission Rostechnadzor for the use of the Goods (where applicable).
