Delivery terms:- In case of victory in the purchase, within 10 working days to ensure the availability of the required quantity, within the agreed option to increase (+) 30% of the declared number of items on won positions in own or rented warehouse in the city. Muravlenko or g. Noyabrxsk.
- Sampling of goods from the supplier's warehouse is not made at a time, but according to current requests of LLC "MTK" in the period of Q3 2020

Comments:
1) It is mandatory to provide the completed specification according to the attached form (Cm.PURCHASE DOCUMENTATION_ Annex No. 3). TABLE WITH FIELD "MANUFACTURER" WILL BE FILLED.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) A prerequisite is: AVAILABLE OF OWN OR RENTAL WAREHOUSE ON THE TERRITORY OF THE CUSTOR (c. Muravlenko or g. Noyabrxsk)!!!
4) This procedure is not a notification of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
5) If the supplier participates in the bidding, then it agrees to conclude the contract of delivery according to the standard form of LLC "Jurals Capital" without the protocol of disagreements and to deliver on the terms specified in the procurement announcement.
6) The contract is concluded with LLC "Muravlenkovskaya Transport Company", part of the GC of LLC "Jurals Capital"
7) THIS IS NOT PRICE MONITORING, THE REAL NEED OF THE CUSTOMER
8) BUILDING DELIMAY, there is an opportunity to apply for part of the position
