Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

To the application it is required to attach:
1. Certificate of TIN, Certificate of ORGN, Charter of the Company, Decision/Protocol on appointment of the head, Order on taking office of the head, Power of Attorney if the contract is signed by a representative.
2. The lease agreement of the premises if the organization is not located at the location address.
3. Commercial offer, which must be issued on the official form with the seal and signature of the head, where it should be indicated - the cost of TMC with VAT, taking into account delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
4. Dealer credentials.
5. Quality passports, quality certificates for batch or sample.
6. Reference list for deliveries of similar products (with contact details)
7. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date (F 01 and F02).
8. Technical documentation with name, main technical characteristics, equipment, warranty volumes and warranty period.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
