Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered Goods shall be made with a delay of 30 days after the receipt to the Customer's warehouse, provided that the Seller provides originals with documents confirming the quality of the goods, the invoice and the invoice corresponding to the results of the acceptance executed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
The price of the contract includes the cost of the Goods, as well as all expenses of the supplier for transportation, insurance, payment of customs duties and taxes, costs associated with delivery, including remuneration for the organization of transportation (by any transport), railway tariff, including payments due to the carrier if the delivery is by rail), not multi-turn packaging, packaging (marking) of products, loading work, the cost of issuing shipping documents, permits, feeding / cleaning wagons at the station detecting, transport costs, security services and other mandatory payments.
