Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment is made no earlier than 45 (Forty five) calendar days and no later than 75 (Seventy five) calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate. Within 15 (Fifteen) working days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Certificate of Acceptance and Transfer of the Goods / Certificate of Services Rendered, subject to the provision of the originals of the primary documents. The price must be fixed, in accordance with article 164 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, the VAT rate is 0%.
