Comments:
Special requirements for the quality of the goods: original factory design, with certificates of quality and origin of the manufacturer. It is necessary to specify the manufacturer for each item of goods and materials. Confirm belonging to the manufacturer by dealer .

The Supplier is obliged to provide the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of shipment of the goods with the original invoice, two originals of the invoice in the form of TORG-12 and a copy of the receipt of acceptance of the cargo for carriage on the shipped goods. Invoices must be issued in accordance with paragraphs 5 and 6 of Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02.12.2000 No. 914. If the price of the goods is indicated in a foreign currency, the amounts indicated in the invoice must be expressed in the same foreign currency.

A certificate of conformity, a quality passport is required.

Special requirements for packaging and transportation: packaging must ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and
mechanical damage.

Requirements for the form of the contract: according to the form of the buyer. Prices are not subject to change and are valid for the duration of the contract

Requirements for the package of documents: a commercial offer in an editable format, the validity period of the commercial offer is at least 1 month, an organization card, buh. reporting for the last two years.

The price includes VAT (20%), the cost of transportation costs is included in the price of the goods, the cost of packaging is included in the price of the goods.

This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition
