Payment terms:Advance payment according to the financing schedule in the amount of 30% of the Contract amount. The payment of the CMP is made within 5 (five) working days after the approval by the General Contractor of the documents submitted by the Contractor and the transfer by the Contractor to the General Contractor of the invoice for payment. The moment of approval by the General Contractor of the documents submitted by the Contractor is the signing by the General Contractor of the act of acceptance of the work performed (in the form of COP-2) and a certificate of the cost of the work performed and costs (in the form of COP-3). Due to payments for the Work performed by the General Contractor , it is withheld:
- the amount of the advance payment under the Contract that is pro rata credited to the account of payment for the Work;
- 5% of the cost of the SMR according to the paid Act of KS-2 (excluding the reductions indicated above)
due to the Guarantee deduction;
- 15% of the cost of the CMP according to the paid Act of the COP-2 (excluding the reductions mentioned above),
in the absence of complete Executive documentation for the amount of work performed.

Требования к подрядной организации:1. Членство СРО в строительстве (при выполнении строительно-монтажных работ);
2. В отношении подрядной организации не должно быть начатых либо прекращенных дел о его банкротстве;
3. Должна отсутствовать задолженность по всем налоговым платежам;
4. Годовой оборот организации не менее 30 000 000,00 руб. без НДС;
5. Срок регистрации Юридического лица не менее 3 лет;
6. Опыт выполнения аналогичных работ по процедуре - не менее 3 объектов;
7. Отсутствие негативного опыта работы с компаний Заказчика, Технического Заказчика и Генерального подрядчика;
8. Налоговая нагрузка компании должна быть не меньше допустимой по отрасли и по виду деятельности;
9. Согласие с типовой формой договора.
