Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

BIDDERS for information!
1. Reception of application forms for participation in the tender is held on the electronic platform of Business-Center before 04.10.2017 16-00. The application should attach a scan completed applicant information and experience works (supply) of similar products.
2. Access to technical and commercial part of the solicitation documents, as well as to the draft Treaty will be carried out after checking up to 11.10.2017 15-00
