Обоснование: На основании принятого решения об отказе в допуске к участию в запросе котировок цен в электронной форме единственного участника запроса котировок цен в электронной форме и в соответствии с п. 3 ч. 5 ст. 36 Положения о закупках товаров, работ, услуг АО «ОЭЗ ППТ «Тольятти» запрос котировок цен в электронной форме признается несостоявшимся. В соответствии с п. 7 Раздела II документации о запросе котировок цен в электронной форме, ч. 7 ст. 35 Положения о закупках товаров, работ, услуг АО «ОЭЗ ППТ «Тольятти» заказчиком принято решение о закупке у единственного поставщика (исполнителя, подрядчика).
