Payment terms:Within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and signing by the Buyer of the unified form of the consignment note (in the COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12 form approved by the resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 12/25/98 N 132), subject to receipt from the Supplier of an invoice issued on the basis of the signed contract, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.
