Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. The cost of equipment and work is set in Russian rubles, incl. VAT is 20% and includes a complex of all works and all necessary materials for their implementation.
2. Delivery is calculated and agreed on for each batch separately, but does not exceed the average tariffs of the logistics companies Business Lines, DHL, etc.
3. Prepayment for products is 20%. Payment of the remaining 80% is carried out within 45 days after signing the closing documents specified in clause 4.6.
Delivery terms:The Agreement is concluded for a period of 1 (One) year and shall enter into force upon signature by the Parties. The participant in the request for proposals undertakes to maintain a fixation of the proposed prices for 1 (one) calendar year, during the term of the Agreement. The main service contract will be concluded Applications for each individual batch.

Comments:
