Payment terms:The Buyer makes the payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account in the following order: 100% of the cost of the goods - within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products to the warehouse
Delivery terms:The delivery time is within 30 days from the date of signing the contract. The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. Mandatory availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods upon arrival at the warehouse. The delivered product must be new, not restored. When shipping the goods, mandatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier. Mandatory provision of the manufacturer/dealer status. The recommended validity period of the commercial offer is 120 days. THE RECOMMENDED CONDITION FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND THE CONCLUSION OF A SUPPLY CONTRACT IS THE PRESENCE OF A MANUFACTURER STATUS, OR EXISTING DEALER AUTHORITY WITH MANUFACTURERS, CONFIRMATION OF THE SUPPLIER STATUS IS REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE END OF THE REQUEST WITH THE PROVISION OF RELEVANT DOCUMENTS IN ELECTRONIC FORM. THE SUBMITTED OFFER MUST BE VALID FOR AT LEAST 120 DAYS. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
