We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders. | ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНЫЕ ТРЕБОВАНИЯ:: | 1) Подгрузка коммерческого предложения (оферты) за подписью уполномоченного лица и печатью организации (просьба подавать предложение по форме Офертат + Приложение №1 в закупочной документации).
2) Наличие сертификатов, подтверждающих качество и происхождение товара.
3) Поставляемый товар должен быть новым, не восстановленным.
4) Заключение договора только в типовой редакции ПАО "Южный Кузбасс" (Приложение №1). При наличии противоречий, участник, до окончания закупочной процедуры прикрепляет на ЭТП или направляет организатору процедуры протокол разногласий к проекту договора.
5) Заключение соглашения ЭДО (обмен первичными учетными документами) только в типовой редакции ПАО "Южный Кузбасс" (Приложение №5). При несогласие заключения соглашения ЭДО участник, прикрепляет отказ в письменном виде.
6) Стоимость доставки должна быть включена в стоимость товара. |
