Payment terms:
payment for the delivered goods is made in cashless form, in rubles of the Russian Federation, by transfer of money means by payment order of the buyer to the account of the supplier.
Payment is made on the fact of delivery of the goods on the account of the supplier on the basis of the universal transfer document signed by the Parties within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the buyer.
Delivery terms:
delivery of goods is made by transport and at the expense of the supplier. Unloading of goods is carried out by forces and at the expense of supplier's funds.
Delivery of goods to the buyer is carried out on working day: Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 15:00, local time. The specific delivery time of the goods must be agreed with the buyer beforehand.
The Supplier shall notify the buyer by telephone, (39422) 9-30-41, 9-32-45 for 2 (two) business days prior to the date of delivery of the goods. Taking into account the requirements of the passing and in-object modes established on the territory of the customer, the supplier shall have to provide the customer with the list of the personnel with the names, names, certificates, passport data, as well as the numbers, in 2 (two-day) terms. Machines that will be involved in the delivery of the goods. In order to enter the territory of the facility, all employees of the supplier are required to carry a personal identification document (passport).
Upon delivery of the goods the supplier submits the following documents to the buyer:
- Universal Transfer Document or consignment note in two copies (one copy-buyer, one copy-supplier);
- Documentation for the Goods (Quality certificate, certificate or declaration of conformity, instruction manual in Russian language) in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The delivery date of the goods shall be the date of signature by the purchaser of the universal transfer document or consignment note.
