Ranking of bids

1. This competitive procedure for the prior selection of the Contractor (Supplier) is directed to request commercial proposals, which (like the Contractor's pre-selection procedure itself ( Supplier)) is not an offer, auction or contest and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 h. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received under any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.$
2. The offer must be downloaded, after which the documentation will be checked.
3. The participant needs to submit a proposal in the form of a completed EXCEL Table (by form in the attachment), a complete package of documents (see constituent documents for legal entities), with an attached reference sheet with similar work experience.
4. Incomplete KP to tender are not accepted.
5. Organization/documentation that does not conform to the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and recognize this documentation and, accordingly, the Applicant does not to meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
6. The winner of the tender is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, based on the results of all aggregate factors (price, agreement to the terms of payment, term of performance of works (delivery), warranty of works and equipment)
