Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment under the Agreement is made by the Buyer in respect of each unit of the Goods accepted by the Buyer within a period of not more than 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of transfer by the Supplier to the Buyer of the Goods and the documents provided for in the Agreement, including shipping documents.
Payment is carried out on the basis of the corresponding invoice of the Supplier and a properly executed invoice or universal transfer document - UPD (except for the case when, in accordance with tax legislation, the Supplier has the right not to issue an invoice).
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
