The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100%, of the cost of the Goods is paid by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer and the signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of the Goods or other document confirming the acceptance of the Goods.

The participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, is obliged to open a settlement account in the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC) within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals for the purposes of making payments under the contract in respect of the conclusion of which the request for proposals was conducted."

Delivery terms:The delivery is carried out by the Supplier and at the expense of the Supplier, the goods must be new, not used. Delivery time: by February 28, 2023.
