Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Prepayment 30% within 5 working days from the moment of signing the contract, 70% within 5 working days from the moment of signing the consignment note.
Delivery terms:The supply shall be at the expense of the supplier to the buyer's warehouse.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. It is NECESSARY for the participants in this procedure to be electronically submitted to the participants of this procedure to attach all necessary documents simultaneously with the submission of the proposal signed by an authorized person and sealed by the organization participating in this procedure until the envelopes are opened. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The supplier of products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
