5. Terms and conditions of payment:
5.1. Payment is made by transfer of Customer funds to the account of the provider in the following order:
-an advance payment of 50% of the value of the goods the customer pays within 10 bank days after the conclusion of the contract and on the basis of the invoice issued by the supplier;
-final payment the customer pays within 10 bank days from the date of delivery of the shipment at the warehouse of the customer and on the basis of the invoice issued by the supplier.

3. Conditions, place and time of delivery of the goods.
3.1. Delivery is carried out by the parties, by and at the expense of the supplier to the customer warehouse at: Moscow region, 140080, Lytkarino, turaevo industrial area, page. 10, with the inclusion of the cost of delivery in the price of goods.
3.2. Date of delivery of the goods within 5 working days after payment of the advance payment in the amount of 50% of the selected lot.
3.3. Volume of goods by specification can be selected for a period of twelve months after the date of entry into force of the Treaty parties issued Customer requests.
