Payment terms:Payment in the amount of 100% of the price of the Contract is made by the Buyer to the Supplier’s bank account, within 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods in full to the Buyer's warehouse (signing by the Buyer of a unified form / universal transfer document), subject to its proper quality and proper completeness and provision by the Supplier of all necessary documents under the Agreement /
In accordance with the changes introduced by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 18, 2019 No. 1205 from 01.01.2020. if the procurement participant is a SME subject, then payment for the delivered products is made within 15 business days.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
