Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment shall be made in a cashless form by money transfer to RFQ winner's settlement account. Calculations according to the contract between the customer and the winner of the open request for price quotation in electronic form shall be made in the manner prescribed by Regulation of the CENTRAL BANK of RUSSIA "on rules for the implementation of money transfer" from 19.06.2012 № 383 p.
The customer makes a payment for each shipment within 5 (five) working days after delivery of the shipment, invoice, merchandise signed by the parties if there are invoices or UPD (universal gear), based on the account of the winner open request for price quotation in electronic form.
Delivery terms:goods delivery is carried out by the winner of the open request for price quotation electronically phased parties on request of the customer. Delivery time a lot-not later than 2 (two) working days from the date of filing of the application by e-mail or fax of the winner of the open request for price quotation in electronic form. The size and range of the party specified in the application.
The application is sent by the customer to the winner of the open request for price quotation in writing by means of facsimile, e-mail.
The total delivery time is 3 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Acceptance of the consignment for completeness and presentation takes place during the transmission of shipment to the customer.
