Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment by the Buyer of the value of the goods to the Supplier shall be made upon the fact of delivery on the basis of the invoice (in the event of the Supplier's exemption from VAT taxation or the use of a simplified taxation system on the basis of an invoice) for 45 (forty five), and for SMEs 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the accompanying documents referred to in paragraph 5.2. of this TOR.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
