Payment terms:Payment under the civil law contract will be made by the Customer by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Supplier within 40 (forty) days upon delivery of the goods after the proper issued and signed by both Parties the act (acts) of acceptance and transfer of goods, the consignment note and on the basis of the invoice (invoice) issued by the Supplier. Advance payment is not applicable.
Delivery terms:Delivery of goods is carried out within 7 (seven) working days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
