Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:on deferred payment within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of delivery to the Buyer and the Parties sign TN / Waybill, or DFC (account - invoice). It must be taken into account all the costs in the cost of goods.
Delivery terms:The warehouse at the location of the customer. In accordance with the terms of reference and the draft terms of the contract. Delivery time of each batch of products - not more than thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the application by the Seller for delivery of the party. Batch of products is determined by the Buyer application.
