Comments:
The submission of the Proposal shall include the following documents:

1. KP (in editable and certified versions with signature and print)

2. For all offered for delivery of TMC must be provided quality certificates: attach scan-copies to the request of this purchase together with your KP.

3. Reference list (delivery experience) of similar products.

4. Statutory documents:
- Charter;
- Certificate of registration (OGRN);
- Certificate of registration for tax registration (TIN);
- Extract Unified State Register of Legal Entities
- Minutes of the General Meeting/Decision on the authority of the Director/Power of Attorney,
if the contract does not sign a gene. Director;
- Company card (in editable form!).
