Comments:
1. Please, ask all questions about the procedure by using the functionality of the electronic trading (clarification requests).
2. To the proposals in electronic form to the participants of the given procedure it is necessary before opening of envelopes to attach the application of the applicant and documents according to the application simultaneously with submission of the offer and the file in the form of the scanned copy of the Commercial offer (with indication of delivery terms) signed by the authorized person and stamped by the organization-participant of the procedure (form attached). If the bidder fails or improperly performs the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of this participant.
3. Terms and conditions of delivery: 01.01.2019 G.
4. Place of delivery: Komi Republic, railway station Usinsk North Railway, code station 288308.
5. Delivery Conditions: Delivery is carried out by forces and at the expense of the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. The shipping costs are highlighted in a separate line.
6. To provide on request offers:
- Partner Card;
- Application (Form № 1);
- Commercial Offer (Form № 2);
- Certificate Inn;
- Balance sheet for 2015-2017, 2 sq. m. 2018;
- VAT declaration for 2017
- Documents confirming the quality of products.
- Letter of Guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract in the editorial office of the buyer.
- Letter of guarantee that the products are new, not used.
- Letter that the commercial offer is calculated in full accordance with the TK or with information on the proposed alternative solutions (analogues).

The price must be given with the delivery to the buyer's warehouse.
