Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The buyer undertakes to pay the received products by transferring money to the settlement account of the Supplier with a delay of at least 30 (Thirty) and no more than 60 (Sixty) banking days (for a Supplier who is not a Small and Medium-Sized Business) for 30 ( Thirty) calendar days (for a supplier who is a small and medium-sized business entity) after the actual receipt of products subject to the provision of invoices and quality certificates. Invoices are provided to the Buyer within 5 days after shipment of products.
