Payment terms:Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon receipt of products at the consignee’s warehouse within 60 business days from the date of delivery and provision of the original invoices, waybills, copies of transport bills with the mark of the consignee.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: until 10/05/2019
Delivery address: Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, town. Urengoy (st. Old Urengoy), base of LLC "SMU-4". The total cost should be inclusive of delivery to the destination, BUT excluding the paid crossing through the Pur river. For travel through the pontoon crossing, a special ticket will be issued.
Allowed Tolerance: a multiple of one unit up.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach to the bidder’s APPLICATION and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure (form attached). In case of non-compliance or improper performance by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.

3. Delivery is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. Transportation costs highlighted as a separate line.
4. To provide upon request of proposals:
- Partner card;
- Application (Form No. 1);
- Commercial offer (Form No. 2);
- Certificate TIN;
- Bukh balance sheet for 2016-2018;
- 2018 VAT Declaration
- Documents confirming the quality of products.
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Buyer.
- A letter of guarantee that the products are new, not used.
- A letter stating that the offer was calculated in full compliance with the statement of work.

Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, passports, documents confirming
product quality.

Note: this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
 
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
