Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% deferred payment for 60 calendar days from the moment the products arrive at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:All offers must include delivery by road to the Buyer's warehouse or by rail (Kemerovo-Sorting station code 870000).
In order to bring it to a unified basis, upon delivery to the DZ station, the cost of unloading the car and delivery of cars around the city + 500 rubles per 1 ton will be taken into account.
For a commercial offer, you must fill in the file "Commercial proposal form", attach a certificate for the proposed products and a company card. Offers are not accepted for the entire volume, but necessarily on terms of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery period from 11.12.2021 to 20.01.2021.
